About The Position
Full-time Records Support Technician 1 Archives Division 125 Symmes Road, Manalapan Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please be advised, all Monmouth County positions are on site. Responsibilities
- Daily retrieval of files, documents and boxes of records.
- Handling and processing incoming and outgoing boxes of inventory and large books.
- Inventory consolidation and relocation projects.
- Scan documents utilizing various types of scanners.
- Indexing documents electronically via RIM as well as on paper
- Processing paper collections.
- Uploading documents into the County Clerk's Archive.
- Shredding boxes in the record center.
- All other clerical duties
