Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
  • Previous experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, databases, document systems)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company policies
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Enter, update, and manage records within internal databases and document management systems
  • Assist with record retention, archiving, and retrieval processes
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Support audits, reporting requests, and internal documentation reviews
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recordkeeping workflows
  • Perform general administrative and data support tasks as needed
