The Record Retrieval Specialist’s purpose at Gemini is to effectively coordinate and schedule the retrieval of confidential and time-sensitive records from various locations. As a member of the Record Retrieval department, Specialists are trained in research methods and workers’ compensation regulations, which they apply to educate locations and ensure timely and accurate retrieval of requested documentation. This role requires strict adherence to HIPAA and all applicable state and federal document security regulations. Location: Hybrid-Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Compensation: $20.67-$25.96 Per Hour The pay range for this role is $20.67-$25.96 Per Hour. Starting pay for new hires is typically within the lower third of the range: $20.67-$22.44 . Exceptions may be made based on factors such as education, specialized skills, or significant relevant experience.
