About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Records Administrative Assistant to manage digital records and support records management processes in a virtual office environment. This role ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of digital records while supporting administrative operations across departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of document retention policies and compliance procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update electronic records and document management systems
  • Organize, classify, and archive digital files according to company policies
  • Ensure proper record retention and disposal procedures are followed
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information or records
  • Perform accurate data entry and verify record completeness
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to records management
  • Assist with audits and compliance documentation
  • Monitor record access and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate documentation processes
