Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Previous parts counter experience preferred
Aftermarket parts experience (i.e., NAPA, O’Reilly, etc.) helpful
Knowledge of OEM parts catalog helpful
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

Source used, new and aftermarket parts
Replenish parts
Pull and fill orders from stock
Follow up on status of special ordered parts
Sell parts to internal customers
Ensure parts are properly billed on RO
Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
