The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting all individuals into the front office area in a pleasant manner and responding to their business needs, while monitoring all visitors who enter the facility for security purposes. This role also involves conducting normal telephone protocol by answering all incoming calls, responding appropriately to their requests or questions, and taking messages when needed. Additionally, the Receptionist processes all outgoing mail and maintains the front office area, which includes all business equipment used on a daily basis.
