Requirements

  • Strong writing skills for writing business correspondence
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality
  • Professional appearance and attitude required, and must be reliable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets
  • Must have a valid U.S driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service recommended

Responsibilities

  • Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries. Refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to a salesperson.
  • Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other personnel and departments promptly.
  • Record Floor Log to ensure all sales visitors are accounted for and appropriate, accurate notes are typed into the Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Serve as telephone back-up.
  • Serve as clerical back-up.
  • Maintain professional appearance and well-spoken manners.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
