About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and service‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate recordkeeping, and professional service to employees, clients, and visitors. The Administrative Assistant manages calls, correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and provides general clerical and departmental support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer service to employees, clients, visitors, and the public.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage main line communications, screen calls, relay messages, and handle email correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments for receiving and shipping freight.
  • Enter order and operational data into Excel spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Assist administrative staff with overflow work, including data entry and processing of order packets.
  • Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
  • Support internal teams by gathering information and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Arrange meals and assist with meeting coordination for employees and clients.
  • Organize time‑sensitive tasks, prioritizing effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
