Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The technical aptitude to master our sales tools
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a warm, professional first impression—both in person and over the phone
Direct calls and inquiries efficiently to the appropriate departments
Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general office coordination
Support sales and service teams with customer communication and follow-up
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
