About The Position
As a Receptionist at Edgewood, you’ll be the friendly face at the front desk! Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992. We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Sartell is a 96-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Prior office and customer service experience
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Passion and drive for helping others
- Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and warm welcome
- Answer phone calls and transfer or take messages as needed
- Field questions and concerns appropriately
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
