Ministry Description: The Receptionist will be responsible for warm greeting to all who enter the office, maintaining the front desk duties and overseeing the parish calendar. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a vibrant and active faith life. They will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. As well, the individual will promote discipleship among parishioners as they share their time and their talents.
