About The Position

Join our team: Fred Anderson is looking for an outstanding full-time receptionist to cover our front desk area and phone lines with a proven track record in customer service to join our team. Our Receptionist ensures guests are welcomed to the dealership immediately upon arrival in a warm, inviting, and professional manner. They will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and some administrative paperwork. The Anderson Automotive Group is a family owned and operated business with over sixty five years of history. Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone systems
  • Greet guests and direct customers to the correct departments, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
