Operate a multi-line phone system to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Answer incoming communication lines with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. Direct calls promptly to the appropriate destination. Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery via written or voice message. Maintain up-to-date awareness of Associate schedules to assist with call routing and availability. Greet and assist visitors, vendors, clients, applicants, and other guests; notify appropriate Associate upon arrival. Direct guests to appropriate locations within the office. Provide general administrative support to staff as requested. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
