About The Position

Stonebrook Exterior is seeking a temporary full-time Receptionist that is guaranteed from the end of January 2026 through the end of April 2026. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors at a construction company’s office. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (construction industry preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks such as printing plans, scanning documents, and organizing files.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • All other duties as assigned.
