About The Position

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, the receptionist coordinates the daily patient flow including, but not limited to patient registration, patient authorizations, scheduling, co-payment posting and answers multiple telephone lines.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Minimum of 2 years Medical Practice Front Desk experience required.
  • Electronic Health Record experience required
  • Experienced in dealing with the public, strong customer service skills; and age specific-care.
  • High School Diploma/GED Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Post High School Special Training
