Receptionist – Global Headquarters (St. Petersburg, FL) This role serves as the front‑of‑house presence for Acron Aviation’s newly opened Global Headquarters in downtown St. Petersburg. The receptionist is often the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and partners and plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming experience that reflects the Acron Aviation brand globally.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, polished, and courteous manner
Serve as the visible face of the business for guests, customers, and partners entering the headquarters
Perform restricted party screenings for all visitors
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges
Answer incoming phone calls and route calls appropriately
Set up conference rooms and ensure spaces are ready for internal and external meetings
Coordinate with IT to ensure audio/visual systems are operating properly
Order and coordinate catering for meetings and events
Exercise sound judgment and discretion when supporting visitors, meetings, and executive interactions
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare outbound shipments, including FedEx labels and packing
Receive deliveries and store items as needed
Order office and café supplies
Maintain and stock beverages, plateware, silverware, and related supplies for conference rooms and common areas
Monitor and replace shredder boxes
Support entry of purchase requisitions or invoices using internal financial or ERP systems (SAP experience preferred but not required)
Enter office maintenance issues into the building management system (Angus)
Coordinate with cleaning services to support ongoing office upkeep
Monitor overall cleanliness and presentation of the office environment
Monitor coffee machines and coordinate service when needed
Create access badges for new employees
Assist with watering office planter boxes
