About The Position

S&B are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive impression on clients, visitors, and staff.This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. An ideal candidate will reside within 10-15 miles of the Memorial office. Requirements

  • Pleasant manner and appearance.
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively and communicate clearly to clients or other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to receive verbal instructions and execute as needed.
  • Ability to work with simple mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Utilize SPLAN and Teams, issue visitor badges, and ensure visitors are directed to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide information and answer inquiries from clients, employees, and the public, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the office manager or other team members.
