Takes ownership of cost control activities for medium to large EPC/Alliance projects. Provides detailed cost analysis and supports project managers in maintaining budgets and forecasts. Requirements

Minimum 10 years of cost control experience.
Proficiency in cost management software (Prism, Oracle, Omega 365 or similar).
Requires understanding of EPC/Alliance contracts (lump sum, reimbursable, unit rate).
Ability to interpret project schedules and link schedule to cost forecasts.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and write in the English language.
Basic mathematical skills required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, related field or equivalent years of experience in Engineering or Construction industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project cost control structures (WBS, CBS).
Track budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
Perform variance analysis, cost trending, and forecast updates.
Prepare monthly project cost reports and present findings to project leadership.
Support risk analysis and change management processes.
Coordinate with scheduling, subcontracts, procurement, contracts, and finance teams to align cost reporting.
Mentor junior cost specialists and review their work.
