Assists in the preparation and monitoring of project cost reports and forecasts. Works under the guidance of senior team members to ensure cost data accuracy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, ,related field or equivalent years of experience in Engineering or Construction industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of EPC/Alliance cost control or related project controls experience.
  • Requires understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to read and write in the English language.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • May require occasional field trips or assignments to plants. This requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance. It also requires clear, close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred working knowledge of cost management systems (e.g., EcoSys, Prism, Oracle, Omega 365).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update cost data including commitments, actuals, and forecasts.
  • Support monthly cost reporting and variance analysis.
  • Assist in validating invoices, change orders, and subcontractor reports.
  • Help in developing project cash flow and cost trend reports.
  • Communicate with procurement, subcontracts, engineering, and construction teams on cost-related matters.
