The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the facility and is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering and routing incoming telephone calls, maintaining the facility census book, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical and administrative support as requested. The role also assists with additional clerical duties and projects as assigned. The Receptionist greets and assists visitors in accordance with the facility’s Guest Relations Program, ensuring proper sign‑in procedures and visitor pass issuance. This role answers and routes incoming calls, utilizes the paging system, maintains the facility census book, documents deliveries, and coordinates incoming and outgoing mail. The Receptionist also provides clerical and administrative support to Admissions, patients, and employees as assigned, including maintaining admission materials, facilitating the employee meal ticket program, and completing various clerical projects. Professional, courteous, and respectful interaction with all patients, families, staff, and visitors is required at all times.
