Heritage Hall is currently recruiting for a Receptionist. The Receptionist performs basic office functions such as answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, typing, processing mail, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. They process accounts payable, issue associate and visitor meal tickets, make daily bank deposits, and assisting with managing resident fund accounts as identified and directed by the Business Office Manager. The receptionist performs other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
