In medical practice since 1919, Wolfe Eye Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic providing medical and surgical vision care services throughout Iowa. At Wolfe Eye Clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life. We have an immediate opening for a full-time OR part-time Receptionist based out of the Fairfield Family Vision Center.

Requirements

• Work both independently & in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Remain organized
• Learn & adapt quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors
• Updating patient information
• Answering phones
• Scheduling and cancelling appointments
• Entering and verifying insurance information and patient demographics
• Collecting payments
• Performing other duties as needed
