This role is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in shaping their overall experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and enjoys supporting a busy, collaborative team. The Receptionist reports to and is employed by Dustin Eckhardt of Eckhardt Financial Group. Requirements

  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a welcoming presence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attire required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Ensure reception area and conference rooms are prepared for client meetings
  • Coordinate food and room setup for team meetings and special events
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access through the reception desk
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with client information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with special event planning and execution
  • Light office upkeep tasks, including keeping bathrooms, kitchen, and all shared professional areas clean, stocked, and organized, as well as watering office plants and flowers
  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
