About The Position

Great Clips relies on a team approach to ensure a great experience, beginning from the moment of check in to the salon until the customer has concluded their service. The actions below will ensure the customer will return to the salon again and again. Currently hiring a receptioinist at a busy Salon to greet and check in guests, sweep hair, and restock clean combs. Availabe weekends and 1-2 days a week. Pay is $14 and hour and 15-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
General knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendation
Manage the flow of customers between check in and the service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Manage answering phone
Inform customers about services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
