  • Ability to handle visitor/resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Managing the flow of people entering and exiting the building.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Telephone Management:
  • Answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly.
  • Paging overhead.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Providing support to other departments.
  • Handling mail and deliveries.
  • Customer Service:
  • Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
