The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors to the Operations Center, ensuring that the lobby space is maintained and organized, receiving and determining the nature of calls to direct them to the appropriate office personnel, sorting mail. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing assigned clerical duties such as deposits to the lockbox, typing, copying, and room scheduling. The person in this position must be professional, courteous, and maintain confidentiality of information and exercise discretion when providing information.
