About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in customer support roles.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
