We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Oklahoma City team. In this role, you’ll manage daily office operations and a variety of administrative and operational tasks, helping ensure our team runs efficiently and effectively. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relations, and supplies management
  • Set up and coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and provide day-to-day office support for the valuations team
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate office events, leadership meetings, and trainings
  • Utilize Excel to track team hours and monitor staff utilization effectively, ensuring timely reporting
  • Prepare and file reports, keeping them updated and organized for easy access by the team
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports and engagement letters for accuracy, grammar, and correct billing rates.
  • Assist with engagement-related tasks, including document review and schedule preparation.
  • Support with national billing needs as needed
  • Assist with select sales support activities as needed, including preparing materials and handling customer outreach efforts
