About The Position

Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a warm, dependable, and customer-service–oriented Weekend Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our skilled nursing community. This position plays an important role in supporting residents, families, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who enters our facility. Position Schedule Every Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language effectively
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend coverage
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Provide general information and assistance to guests and staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Uphold confidentiality and resident rights at all times
• Support the team with additional duties as needed
