About The Position
Receive visitors and telphone calls, maintain records and prepare reports, file, and type a variety of material.
Requirements
- Graduation from a high school or possession of a high school equivalency and a minimum of 3-years related experience OR Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered 2-year college or university with a degree in general studies.
- 1-year experience with frail or elderly population.
- In good standing with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for all participants, family members, and visitors coming to CSC.
- Monitor front and rear entry building entrances to ensure security and safety of the Center and it participants.
- Monitor nurse pull stations and door alarm panels in front reception area.
- Assist participants and their family to ensure seamless participant care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Attend required annual in-service programs.
