Requirements
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer and phone system skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide general information and assist visitors as needed
- Monitor building entry and ensure visitor sign-in procedures are followed
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
