About The Position

The Only Facial Receptionist is one who is dedicated and focused, who excels at prioritizing; completes multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming spa atmosphere with every phone call answered. Graceful and compassionate in greeting and booking clients; discreet and effective communicator. Focuses on driving productivity by leveraging strong front office management skills while maintaining strong working relationships with all team members and clients.

Requirements

High school diploma
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software.
Flexibility in an ever changing and adapting environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for skincare and wellness.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls for all 17+ store locations.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Run reports and follow up messaging for all store locations.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Support marketing efforts by assisting in the organization of holiday and promotion products, including, but not limited to creating gift boxes.
