Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm, professional first impression—both in person and over the phone
  • Direct calls and inquiries efficiently to the appropriate departments
  • Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general office coordination
  • Support sales and service teams with customer communication and follow-up
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
