Position Summary: As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the organization. You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner and executing various administrative tasks at the highest quality standards. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Regular part-time position, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred and expected.

  • Some college, preferred
  • Previous experience in a country club, hospitality, or high-end service environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience as receptionist or in related field, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls politely and efficiently.
  • Greeting visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, sorting and distributing mail.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Supports the events and membership department; conduct member briefings, update bookings, etc.
  • Handles reservations for events and members.
  • Accurately logs and tracks guests and vendor visits.
  • Assists with member inquiries regarding club events, dining reservations, and general information.
  • Supports other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of Premier Club Holdings.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
  • Adheres to company attendance standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
