Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests. Answer and direct incoming calls. Prepare maintenance work orders from residents and staff. Accept delivery packages, mail, documents, and notify the resident of delivery. Make photocopies, send faxes, and perform other office tasks. Schedule room requests. Assist Director of Administrative Services with projects and assignments. Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. We are excited about you because you . . . . . Have experience working in an office setting. Have excellent telephone communication skills. Are proficient in Microsoft Office. Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent. Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors. Can pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check. All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Requirements

  • Have experience working in an office setting.
  • Have excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
