About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our center, creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests, residents, and team members alike. What You’ll Do As our Receptionist, you will: Greet and welcome all visitors with a positive and professional attitude Manage incoming calls/answer, screen, and direct appropriately Guide visitors and ensure proper check-in procedures are followed Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and distribution Maintain visitor security by following established safety procedures Schedule beauty and barber appointments for residents Assist with financial transactions, including resident trust funds and petty cash Support the Business Office team with administrative and clerical tasks Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and faxing What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and customer-service driven Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Professional in appearance and communication Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with care A strong team player who is flexible and dependable Why Join Us? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous office or receptionist experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
