About The Position

We are sourcing for Full-time Bi-Lingual Receptionist / Admin Assistant in the Soperton, Ga area. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : Managing the front desk reception area, greeting clients, answering phones, directing calls to appropriate extensions and replenishing supplies. Preparation of daily outgoing mail, daily trips to post office or bank as needed. Small errands when necessary maintaining company calendar Support the HR department with various data entry tasks Maintain filing system as needed Assist in a variety of administrative tasks including receiver documents, material certs, copying, scanning, faxing and taking notes. Performing " as necessary" administrative duties including but not limited to assisting in company events, projects, customer visits and other activities that may arise. Maintaining coffee and snacks for conference room

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Punctual
  • Prior experience in a front desk/receptionist role
  • Prior experience supporting data entry tasks
  • Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants are preferred to have had at least 1 years experience
  • Applicants must be at least 18
  • Applicants must hold a Regular valid driving license
  • Applicants must have dependable transportation
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English is a must
