About The Position

Arlington Toyota—one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive dealerships in Florida—is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist to join our high-energy, professional team. We are extremely busy and looking to fill this position immediately. No experience? No problem — we will train the right person! This is a front-line role that works directly with our sales team, management, and customers, supporting our showroom operations, and data processes. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish & English (required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Drug-free workplace

• Experience as a receptionist, hostess, server, or customer service professional is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone (English & Spanish)
• Assist with salesperson data and check-in processes
• Work closely with sales managers and dealership leadership
• Help maintain an organized, professional front-of-house environment
