About The Position

Responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous service; answers and transfers calls, greets guests, and performs basic administrative tasks to support office operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and two or more years’ related experience; with strong phone skills and high level of customer service.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide general information about the company to callers and visitors.
  • Support other office staff as needed with administrative tasks.
