About The Position

The job responsibilities of Receptionist include but are not limited to taking calls, greeting visitors, accepting all deliveries and USPS mail, assisting with clerical needs and other duties as assigned. Assisting fans with questions Manage front office voicemail and distribute to appropriate staff Manage UPS/FedEx/USPS pickup and deliveries Welcome fans into the front office with great customer service Answering phone calls for the front office and distributing calls, as needed Managing the Woodpecker email account Knowledge in what is going on at Segra Stadium to answer as many questions, as possible, from phone calls Managing lost and found items during business hours Assist various departments in projects, as needed, but not limited to stuffing envelopes, filing, etc. Other duties as assigned This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

  • Provide great customer service for the fan experience
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
