About The Position

As a Roof Repair Technician, you’ll handle residential and commercial roofing repairs including leak diagnostics, flashing repairs, shingle replacement, pipe boots, vents, and small corrective work. This is a hands-on, field role for someone who already knows roofing — we are not looking for helpers or entry-level labor.

Requirements

• Proven roofing experience is required (repairs preferred)
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and leak diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Professional, customer-facing communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
