What You’ll Do: Welcome with a Smile: Greet guests and customers warmly, making them feel at home. Be the Voice of RCE: Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and a friendly tone. Support the Team: Provide administrative support to our Sales, Parts, and Service departments. Monitor and order office supplies so nothing runs out. Pitch In: Jump in to help with other tasks—every day is a little different, and that’s what keeps it fun! Parts Assistance: Set up or coordinate shipping of parts to our customers.  What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or front desk experience (bonus points for dealership or service-industry background!) Accounting Know-How: Basic understanding of general accounting principles. People Skills: Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. Organized: Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfort with standard desktop applications and systems. Ready to Join Us? Requirements
