The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and routing calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, accepting, sorting and internally delivering mail and small packages. The position will also assist in keeping lobby area neat and clean and coordinate meetings and special events. The Receptionist will assist with administrative duties involving filing, photocopying, faxing, ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment. The objective function of the Receptionist position is to ensure the phones are answered professionally and in a timely manner. The Receptionist must perform tasks with minimal supervision.
