We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. As a Receptionist , you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for everyone who enters our facility. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents in a warm and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual as needed.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing information and assistance as required.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, in cl uding data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing documents, to support the efficient operation of the facility.
- Maintaining the reception area and lobby area, ensuring cl eanliness and organization at all times.
- Coordinating the distribution of mail and packages, sorting and delivering items to the appropriate recipients .
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and tours, and maintaining appointment calendars for staff and residents.
- Providing support to other departments as needed, in cl uding assisting with resident activities and events.
