About The Position

The Rivers of Grosse Pointe Skilled Nursing is seeking a Customer Service Star to join the Team as an every Weekend-only, part-time Front Desk Reception / Admin Assistant. You will be the first impression and welcoming presence for all residents, guests, and staff, ensuring an upbeat and friendly environment while contributing to the excellence of the existing team - Is that you??? Able to project a professional image. Ability to professionally handle a multi-line phone; Work well with other team members to proves excellent customer service to Residents, Families, Visitors, and staff; Be dependable, have excellent attendance, be a self-starter, and work independently; Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in general office procedures; Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, etc.); Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills; Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Must be able to work every Weekend - other shifts may occasionally be available as pick-ups, or additional coverage during the week. QualificationsSuccessful Candidates: Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position Have a desire to maintain the highest standard of service excellence, be part of winning team, and positively contribute to the culture. Have a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Are free from illegal use of drugs.
