About The Position

Quality Aircraft Parts has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing organizational and administrative support for the office. This position assists all departments as well as Vice President, including but not limited to: answering calls, scanning, filing, ordering supplies, and data entry. We are conveniently located near the Opa-Locka Executive Airport and less than 10 miles from Miami International Airport, our facility meets and exceeds the highest industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly attitude
  • Screen visitors and calls for VP and other departments
  • Answer main line phone calls
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Scan documents into our database as needed
  • Perform various clerical tasks
  • Assist staff on various levels within the organization as required
