Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly.
