Position Summary: We seek to hire a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Main Office. This role is key to creating a positive first impression while supporting the office with essential administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years clerical experience, preferable in an office setting.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer oriented, dependable, and professional

Responsibilities

  • Front desk reception duties, handle a heavy volume of calls and traffic
  • Pre-employment references, internal and external
  • Processes employment verification requests
  • Distributes mail and faxes in department
  • Prepare new employee packets for processing or applications
  • Prepare all employee anniversary cards
  • Interface with visitors, employees, and candidates at the Front Desk
  • Prepare and review all paperwork for applicants
  • Assist candidates background clearance through DOH
  • Assist with any special projects, as directed for HR department
