About The Position

Job Summary: Serve as Front Desk reception and general support for office and administrative needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Front Desk Reception during business hours. Provide general office and administrative support to management, department staff and customers. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages and mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution. Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including security protocols. Assist in tracking inventory, purchasing supplies, creating purchase orders. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant, office-based administrative role.
  • Strong verbal, and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with high level of experience in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation as well as presenting a professional, executive presence is a must.
