Job Summary:The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the Company, providing professional and courteous support to visitors, clients, applicants, and employees. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support multiple divisions. The Receptionist also oversees tracking of key documents and deliveries, assists with office projects, maintains break room supplies, and provides backup support to the mailroom as needed. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
